SAP EWM Consultant
About the Role
SPV Consulting is hiring a SAP EWM Consultant to join our team on an immediate basis, supporting implementation projects across a range of client industries. Warehouse operations don’t tolerate a slow ramp-up — this role needs someone who can walk onto a project and start configuring from day one, not someone still getting oriented on EWM fundamentals.
You’ll be the person turning a client’s actual warehouse processes — how goods move, how orders get picked, how stock gets tracked into working EWM configuration. That means spending real time with client stakeholders to understand what they’re trying to solve, not just implementing a standard template and hoping it fits.
What You'll Do
- Configure and implement SAP EWM to match what each project actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all setup
- Connect EWM into the broader SAP landscape, working across whatever other modules the client’s warehouse processes touch
- Sit down with client stakeholders, understand their requirements, and turn that into functional specs your team can build from
- Support the testing cycle — unit, integration, and user acceptance — as configuration comes together
- Put together documentation that’s actually usable later: process flows, configuration guides, functional specs
- Stay engaged post-go-live through hypercare, resolving issues as they come up once the warehouse is running live on the new system
- Keep project leads and clients informed on where things stand, what’s at risk, and what’s blocking progress
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM on real projects
- A genuine understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, and how they actually translate into EWM configuration
- Experience integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willingness to travel to client sites as projects require
Bonus Points
- You’ve worked specifically with SAP EWM on S/4HANA
- You have exposure to automation or technology integrations relevant to warehouse operations
- You hold an SAP certification in EWM or a related module
