SNP Certified Consultant
About the Role
SPV Consulting is hiring an SNP Certified Consultant to support SAP landscape transformation work for clients moving to S/4HANA. Depending on the engagement, that could mean a full system conversion, a carve-out of a business unit into its own SAP environment, or a selective data transition where only certain data and configuration move forward rather than the whole system.
We need someone who has already delivered this kind of work in the field, not someone getting their first real exposure to SNP tooling on a client engagement. You’ll be the technical anchor on these projects, translating what the client actually needs into a transformation approach that holds up under real execution pressure.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of SNP-based transformation delivery from technical setup through go-live
- Run the SNP toolset day to day to move data and configuration through the transformation process
- Weigh up which transformation path fits a given client — full conversion, selective transition, or carve-out/carve-in — based on their cost tolerance, timeline, and appetite for business disruption
- Sit with project leads and client stakeholders early to lock down scope and the technical roadmap for getting there
- Adjust the technical approach as landscape requirements shift over the course of a project
- Facilitate workshops that turn business-side transformation goals into constraints your technical team can actually design around
- Stay in sync with adjacent teams so data and system configuration don’t drift apart mid-project
- Own validation testing and support the client through user acceptance testing
- Write the run books, cutover plans, and technical documentation the delivery team actually references during execution
- Stick around through hypercare, fixing what breaks once real users hit the system in production
- Give project leads and clients a straight, current picture of status, risk, and anything blocking progress
What You Bring
- A current SNP certification, or something the team would consider equivalent
- Proven delivery experience on SAP transformation work using SNP tooling, not classroom or theoretical exposure
- A real technical understanding of how system conversions and transformations actually work under the hood
- Direct experience specifically with S/4HANA transformation projects
- Professional working proficiency in English

- You’ve handled transformations that involved bigger landscape shifts, not just a single-system conversion
- You’re comfortable moving between SNP and other SAP data migration tools when a project calls for both
- You bring functional SAP knowledge that spans multiple modules, useful when transformation decisions cut across business areas
